Qualifications

Reporting to Bancassurance Group Management Manager , we are looking for a Business Development & Strategy & Performance Management Manager who aims to add value to his/her career with our highly motivated Bancassurance  Team.

Job Description

•Responsible of sales / productivity / strategic targets of bancassurance channels,

• Establish and maintain business plans to promote growth aligned with organizational goals,

• Determine the bancassurance channel strategy in accordance with the AgeSA strategy,

• Define Business Development Projects to maximize channel potential and increase the efficiency,

• Implement practices to increase sales efficiency in line with Bancassurance sales strategies,

• Monitor the profitability of product lines and taking necessary actions

• Organize the sales force and customer campaings with Akbank and related teams to increase market share,

• Create new products, improve existing products and processes to meet bank customer needs and customer segments,

• Negotiate, manage and track annual sales targets with bank

• Define, organize and report cross-sell, upsell, retention projects for using analytic capabilities with bank and AgeSA analytic team

• Create new rules to manage omnichannel structure according to bank and AgeSA dynamics

• Manage and coordinate Ageas digital and analytic projects with bank and Ageas team

• Coordinate BoD and management reports and presentations

Required Qualifications:

• Preferably graduated from 4-year departments of universities

• Minimum of 7 years of business development experience,

• Minimum of 5 years experience in team management ,

• Be successful in customer management and relationship development,

• High ability in analytic skills,

• Achievement-oriented,

• High ability to negotiate to 3rd Parties Developed planning and organizational competencies,

• Successful in business follow-up, careful and result-oriented,

• Those who have completed their military service or have it postponed for at least 1 year,

• Residing in Istanbul.
