Your Responsibilities

/Managing Electrical and Safety, measurement and calibration Laboratories activities with adequate methodologies within Site Çerkezköy in alignment with Cooling, Cooking,Dishcare, and Laundry care categories
/Lead and coordinate process flow and capacity, define& track KPI’s, integration of new Technologies(device, measurement and test), supporting the laboratory responsible in global/local projects, managing the digitalisation projects in Laboratories
/ To act as a quality Professional ( experienced in quality tools) and to coach the team with relevant expertise
/ Taking active part in global and local problem solving activities for serial production and new product project implementation
/ Planning of necessary sources for department ( Invests, overheads, trainings etc.)
Your Profile
/ Bachelor or master’s degree, in engineering, Preferably Ph.D (Electrical and Electronics, Mechatronic, Mechanical, Mechatronic or relates background)
/ Excellent verbal and written English communication skills, German is an asset
/ Minimum 5 years working experience is preferred
/ Knowledge in ISO 9001 and Accreditation ISO IEC 17025 and ISO 60335-1/2-24 standart ( Preferably experienced in accredited laboratories)
/ Strong leadership skills and experience in people management (leading a team) high communication and presentation skills and flexible minded, creative and good team player
