We are now taking applications for our New Graduate Assistant role, who will support us in Deal Advisory Department.
- Students who are expected to graduate until August 2022 or have graduated within the last year
- Students who have or will have a Bachelor’s degree from the departments of Business Administration, Economics, Industrial Engineering, Management Engineering from a reputable university
- Master or MBA is an asset
- Fluency in English is a must, a second foreign language is an asset
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills including the ability to interpret data, generate insights and propose solutions
- Financial analysis skills supported by general understanding of accounting
- Excellent written and oral communication and presentation skills
- Strong personal impact with sophisticated interpersonal skills
- Ability to be a part and operate in high performing teams
- Ability to perform consistently at a high level under pressure
- Ability to take on responsibility and manage priorities
- Skills in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft PowerPoint are prerequisites
- International experience is advantageous
- For male candidates, military service has to be postponed for a minimum of two years or completed

Our experts in Deal Advisory - Valuations, Transaction Services, M&A, Capital & Debt, Strategy & Operations, Sustainability - are focused on enhancing and preserving value for clients across the whole deal and economic cycle. We’ve built a team of specialists who are capable of helping clients from conceptual thinking of buying a business to turning their business around in times of difficulty. Our team works at deal speed to help our clients find, secure and drive value throughout the acquisition lifecycle.
