Qualifications
Graduated from related departments of universities,
At least 4 years of experience in the Human Resources recruitment function,
Preferably with experience in Strategic HR Business Partnership, Talent Management or Career Management processes,
Proficient in using MS Office programs,
Have strong negotiation, communication and teamwork skills,
Preferably with good command of English,
Preferably residing on the Anatolian side of Istanbul.
Job Description:
Selection of candidates for positions requested by business units and being responsible for the entire recruitment process,
From the perspective of Strategic HR Business Partnership, performance, promotion, training, succession plans, exit interviews, 2-6 month evaluation interviews, etc. support processes such as,
Identifying the points needed to improve the candidate and employee experience and supporting related projects,
Meeting with the employees periodically and conducting one-on-one meetings,
Taking an active role in all processes related to the recruitment and orientation process,
Following up all other operations required for recruitment, making related reports,
Supporting all projects within the scope of talent and career management.
