Job Description:
The Jobholder is responsible for
• Delivery of all pre-defined Client Services products & services to end users, business & IT customers such as end user Hardware Delivery, End User Software Delivery
• Management of cross technology projects focusing on customer requested projects & evergreening end user technology.
• Ensuring CS customer products are fit for purpose & easy to order with efficient workflow to deliver them.
• Management of CS Hardware and Software Assets including desktop, laptop, Self Service devices, mobile device, software
• Ensuring appropriate governance is in place to deliver
KNOWLEDGE
• University degree (Engineering)
• Good command of English
• Review and ensure compliance of the processes / activities managed under responsibility with Group IT
FIM/Standarts and any compliance requirements
• Contract and Procurement management experience
EXPERIENCE
• Experience is not less than 5 years
• Having related certificates is a plus
SKILLS
• Good understanding of hardware and software licence governance and general IT Operations principles
• IT Asset and Depot Management
• Ability to manage vendors and support companies
• Proficiency in MS-Office applications
• Have sufficient knowledge of IT Operations understanding policy, processes, procedures and
systems deployed.
• Ability to work in flexible working hours
• Problem solving and proactive response capabilities
• Ability to provide remote support on phone
• Ability to coordinate 3rd Party staff for remote site problems.
• Ability to innovate new solutions
• Analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities, troubleshooting and analysis
• Ability to work under pressure and deliver within limited timescales
• Good planning and reporting skills.
• Good written and verbal English , Turkish communication skills
