  • Responsible for all aspects of management, installation, configuration, administration and support of Active Directory/DNS/DHCP and SCCM infrastructure in deep level,
  • Maintaining, monitoring and management of large scale of Citrix environment
  • Responsible from deployment of applications and patches with Microsoft SCCM, inventory reporting and publishing Compliance reports regularly
  • Responsible from end point security platforms , deployment of agents, maintenance and upgrades, ensuring that all workstations/servers are having the latest signatures and configurations
  • Provide expertise on system performance tuning, capacity planning, and maintenance/ patching and new version installation;
  • Coordinate infrastructure and engineering requirements for Business Projects and implementing solutions
  • Provide 2nd /3rd line support for the services and systems under his/her responsibility
  • Comply with all audit, compliance, and regulatory requirements;
  • Following change management and configuration management procedures and guidelines
  • Troubleshoot hardware and software problems, takes appropriate corrective action and/or interact with IT staff or vendors in performing complex testing, support, service recovery, and troubleshooting functions;
  • To ensure hardware and software designs for execution under normal, contingency and disaster recovery circumstances;
  • To provide service quality, continuous process improvement, qualitative support and quantitative analysis;
  • Management of costs of the whole life cycle of projects and operations under his or her responsibility;


İŞ TANIMI

  • 4+ years university degree (preferably in Computer  Engineering or related discipline)
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in installation and management of Windows based operating systems,
  • Knowledge of Active Directory / SCCM management, minimum 5 years hands-on experience in advanced level is required.
  • Knowledge of TCP / IP networking
  • Knowledge of information security in infrastructure
  • Knowledge of endpoint security products like Antivirus, Host IPS,DLP
  • Knowledge of endpoint devices (workstations, printers, ATM /Kiosk devices infrastructure)
  • Knowledge of regulatory compliance policies, procedures and practices
  • Knowledge of process management techniques
  • Knowledge of risk management, configuration management, and disaster recovery
  • Ability to work well in a team structure in matrix organization
  • Should adapt to flexible working hours
  • Should be a good team player and should be able perform well under stress
  • Leadership experience to facilitate working across IT teams
  • Good problem solving skills, good analytical skills and find effective solutions to problems
  • Good decision making skills and crisis management skills
  • Ability to plan, track and control budget and expenditures
  • Good verbal communication and customer and management interface skills
  • Proficient level of English; Written and Verbal. Communication with Corporate Areas is required in English.
  • Having IT Certificates (Microsoft based certificates, ITIL, COBIT) are preferred
  • Male candidates must have completed their military services, or at least 3 years have been declared.
