• 4+ years university degree (computer science or related discipline)
• Good command of English
• Good knowledge of UNIX/Linux/Windows/VMWare platforms
• Good knowledge of backup system ( Netbackup )
• Good knowledge of LVM/File system/Volume Management (VERITAS) and Clustering&HA
• Knowledge of NAS, SAN, and networking
• Knowledge of process management techniques
• Knowledge of risk management, configuration management, and disaster recovery
• Knowledge of IT hardware, software, operations
• Knowledge of team and people management
• Knowledge of the system and departmental procedures and standards are preferred as well as ITIL
• At least 4 year experience in technical support services management of UNIX/Linux/Windows systems
• Leadership experience to facilitate working across IT teams
• Project Management of UNIX/Linux/Windows projects and their contingency/disaster recovery requirements
• Good organizational and communication skills
• Ability to lease with peers and managers is essential
• Ability to work under pressure
• Good problem solving skills, good analytical skills and find effective solutions to problems
• Good decision making skills and crisis management skills
• Ability to plan, track and control budget and expenditures

İŞ TANIMI

Location:Izmir

• Responsible for all aspects of management, installation, configuration, administration and support of UNIX/LINUX/WINDOWS/VMWare based infrastructure, including both virtualized and physical servers;
• Maintaining, monitoring and management of central backup infrastructure;
• Maintaining and management of monitoring infrastructure;
• Provide expertise on system performance tuning, capacity planning, and maintenance patching and new version installation;
• Comply with all audit, compliance, and regulatory requirements;
• Following change management and configuration management procedures and guidelines;
• Troubleshoot hardware and software problems, takes appropriate corrective action and/or interact with IT staff or vendors in performing complex testing, support, server recovery, and troubleshooting functions;
• Review and evaluate virtual and physical server performance and capacity;
• To ensure hardware and software designs for execution under normal, contingency and disaster recovery circumstances;
• To provide service quality, continuous process improvement, qualitative support and quantitative analysis;
• Management of costs of the whole life cycle of projects and operations under his or her responsibility;
